Ballet Club Core Strength Class
The Ballet Club is again offering a pilates-based strength class directed toward the needs of dancers and athletes. A mixture of mat and standing low-impact step work will be used to teach you how to use and strengthen your core muscles, which are essential for injury prevention and proper dance technique. This class is also good for non-dancers that want to get some of the benefits of ballet without having to take an actual dance class. Class is open to all members of the Caltech community. </p><p> Instructor: Kathy Braidhill </p><p> Fees<br> Students: $5 single class<br> Non-students: $7 single class <br> (No per-term rate is offered for this class.)
