Registration Forms (all students)

Registration / Course Changes Form (For adding, dropping, changing sections, changing units during the Add-Drop Period)
Audit Request Form (If switching from enrollment to audit, also submit the Registration/Course Change Form to drop)
Course Conflict Request Form (May require log in) If a course has "Staff" listed as the instructor, you will not be able to submit the course conflict request until an instructor is assigned closer to the start of term.

E Grade Request Form (may require log in; Form is only for new E grades; Extensions for existing E grades require the instructor email [email protected] the new deadline)
